Joan Roberts is the president of CasinoSentry® and the originator of the CasinoGear™ concept. One of CasinoSentry's mission goals is to provide excellent customer service. Ms. Roberts' 10 years in real estate sales gained a reputation as one of the top agent's in the Brazosport, Texas, area. Most of her success was due to repeat and referral clients. She took pride in her ability to work closely with the customer and see that the customer was completely satisfied through all aspects of the sale.

Before her retirement in 2001, Ms. Roberts was the administrator for the employment and education programs of the Brazoria County Community Supervision and Corrections Department. During the last 4 years of her 10-year tenure with the department, she designed and implemented the employment program and changed the education program from one providing only GED preparation to a multi-faceted program with classes in beginning and advanced computer skills, bookkeeping, and work skills in various endeavors for those unable to achieve GED completion. This position required controlling expenditures to stay within a government grant while providing a superior program, supervising a staff of six teachers, and creating programs targeted to individual needs of said clients.

The organizational and customer related skills Joan Roberts brings to the CasinoSentry® business model insures the retention and growth of the customer base. Moreover, her proven ability to work with customers, keep accurate records, maintain company books, and track a large volume client base is a vital asset to the business operations of CasinoSentry®.

Tom Roberts is the operations manager for CasinoSentry®. Tom brings critical line-of-business skills to the day-to-day operations of CasinoSentry®. His ability to negotiate contracts, procure best pricing and terms for materials, oversee product quality control and assurance, and manage inventory is of vital importance to the growth and success of the company.

Mr. Roberts has 42 years experience in the procurement of MRO products, 28 of these in procurement for Dow Chemical Co., Texas Division. After retiring from Dow Chemical, Mr. Roberts was hired by Ellwood Texas Forge in Houston, Texas, where he has just completed his 7th year of heading the procurement division for ETF's Texas operations.

The contract, purchasing, and inventory management skill set Tom Roberts brings to CasinoSentry® is vital to the successful manufacture and distribution of both the initial and future CasinoGear™ product lines. Further, the vendor relationship experience he brings to the company insures uninterrupted supply chains and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions both rapidly and effectively.

Craig Roberts is in charge of information systems and related technologies for CasinoSentry®. A hands-on, team-oriented professional with extensive experience in information systems design and deployment, Craig has been recognized for exceptional business process perception and implementation ability. Through progressive, challenging assignments in the deployment of complex information technologies into mission-critical business environments, Craig has gained invaluable insights into the effective application and integration of these systems into the ROI (Return On Investment) model critical in the development of any business plan.

Accustomed to P&L responsibility, including corporate asset management and enterprise-level project development and budgeting, Mr. Roberts has been instrumental in both building new businesses and re-engineering the business processes of existing businesses to more effectively compete in a competitive market.
